KPN Wallboard manager
Introduction
The KPN Wallboard Manager provides a dynamic signage solution to combine a variety of content such as the queue statistics with information that the agents also interests. Weather information, RSS news feeds, corporate intranet pages, Youtube movies, etc can be combined in various designs, called Extensions.
The KPN Wallboard Manager is a valuable add-on for your company. Based on our experience we learned that in most contact centers, the focus on wallboards by the agent is lost after a few days or weeks. The only information presented are the queue statistics.
By adding information that interests the agent, the desire to give the wallboard a glamps is fulfilled.
The KPN Wallboard Manager is based on HTML5 and CSS3. These techniques assure that this solution is fully responsive and device independent.

The buyer of the KPN Wallboard solution is aware of the fact that additional payment fees can be applicable for presenting specific internet pages that are loaded through the KPN Wallboard Manager.
